In short - nothing. We offer an international property service that's free of charge to prospective purchasers. It really is that simple. We are with you through the entire process providing you with guidance and advice from initial enquiry through to completion.
We earn a commission from property developers and partners, which means our time, knowledge and expertise is completely free of charge to you !

What savings or equity will you need?
A minimum of around £14,000 as cash, savings or equity to release from another property.
Our properties start at around £45,000. Based on 30% deposit with the balance being funded with a mortgage you will need a minimum of £13,500 plus costs.
There will always be purchase costs and sometimes purchase taxes which vary between countries - we can advise upon this well before you commit to a purchase. We aim to make you fully aware of all purchase costs and taxes from the outset so there are no surprises at a later stage.
Purchase costs range from 1.5% (Dubai) upwards. In the above example, Total deposit + Costs would = £14,175
